About

Hi there! I’m a holistic bodyworker by day and Life/ADHD coach (practice phase) by night. Maybe reversed at times. I enjoy adrenaline activities, music, cuddles, relaxing in nature and much more.
also,
I am a father to one teen and one university graduate.

I became interested in learning psychology, emotions, philosophy and more as a teenager. I grew up learning about religion and science both. I trained in some coaching many years ago but then went on to building my massage/holistic health business. I continued learning about human behavior, connections and ADHD for some years now. I’m excited to be shifting back into coaching!

My Coaching Style

I am empathetic and good at allowing you to share what’s going on for you. I will always encourage you to take action on something between our sessions and ask how it went later. This may be your own choice of action or I may recommend something.
I use a transcription app to take notes for me. Otherwise my adhd brain would struggle to take notes and listen to you at the same time.
